Tara Conroy is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 20 years of experience. Tara is passionate about helping adults who are struggling with anxiety, panic disorder-related issues, grief, loss, low self-esteem, and much more.

Tara completed her Master's degree in Social Work from Smith College and her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame. Tara shows a great deal of empathy, compassion, and respect for her clients. She utilizes multiple treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MB-CT), motivational interviewing (MI), problem-solving therapy (PST), and psychodynamic therapy (PT).
